HOUSE OF DAGMAR FALL 2017
The first look, a sumptuous cashmere ecru knit paired with a gorgeous silk floor-legnth skirt, set the tone for the rest of the collection. Cosy, but so slick. The Dagmar girl portrays the coveted ‘just rolled out of bed’ look, without needing worry she actually looks like she just rolled out of bed. Polished enough, but never too done.
I’ve been seriously into House of Dagmar for many seasons past, it seems they can do no wrong and this collection was no exception. This Danish house has luxe casual layering down to a tee, and their palette is synonymous with my own wardrobe. I love the splashes of deep, dark red this season, the velvet boots feel like a more refined version of the garish, pillar-box ankle boots I’m spotting all over my instagram feed lately. The big, slouchy leather clutches tucked under the arms of each model look like the perfect fall partner, too. Dreamy.
